Small world, last night I was loading photos onto Flickr.
I think the biggest successes I've had with Flickr are:
Pilanesberg Game Reserve in South Africa wanting to use this image I took in 2004

I stream images off Flickr all the time for website stories, email newsletters and website photo galleries.
It's a great interconnecting tool for sharing images between different online mediums.
